This place has awesome atmosphere, competent, friendly staff, and outstanding food. The walnut French toast served on Sundays is divine - and all of the lunch/dinner options we've tried so far have been delicious. I had the coconut shrimp last night and was delighted that in spite of the fact that there was a full house it was cooked to perfection and served piping hot with little wait time. Can't believe I didn't get to this place sooner!
Outstanding! In the restaurant and catering business, Abby and Mike are the best Cuenca has to offer - true professionals... everything is wonderful. If you haven't tried Roux, you haven't enjoyed good food, excellent customer service and great fun. I've tried four things on the menu and all of them were brilliant. The Bloody Mary's are delicious as well b/c they make their own special blend of homemade tomato juice. The live entertainment is also something to see... FANTASTIC!

I spent a great Thursday evening immersing myself in Matt Hart's riveting blues sets, quaffing Pilsener and gorging on spectacular BBQ. So, if you are into immersion, quaffing and gorging... this the event for you. If you prefer toe-dipping, sipping and pecking you might want to call Roux and discuss suitable options.
